We were on the road to pick up our son from college when our bearings in the rear differential in our sons truck began to give out. We called ahead and Juan told us to bring it in to diagnose the problem. When he realized that the job was going to take several hours to complete, he and his wife tried helping us get a rental-which was unavailable, and then helped us get a hotel room for the night. Juan and his guys worked hard and late on our truck since they knew we needed to get to our son. The next day they finished up, picked us up from the hotel, and got us back on the road. Great shop. Great service. Great people.

We were 50 miles from any auto repair facility on a Friday afternoon when we had car trouble. Carlsbad, NM was the closest possibility for help. Few shops were open on Saturday. Finally, we called Fairway. Audra answered saying the shop was not open on Saturday, but she would ask a mechanic if he could come in. He Would!. We got the car towed there, and on Saturday morning by 8 am he was working on it. It turned out to be a relatively minor fix and we were back on the way home by mid morning. We thank Audra and Brandon, they were our road 'angels' that weekend! I would trust them with our car anytime.
